Texel is an island in West Frisian Islands region of the Netherlands. To my surprise this small island managed to encompass four different landscapes – dunes and beaches, flatland and polders, wetlands, and hills. There are seven villages and a number of small townships on the island.
The islanders feel so unique that they even had their own language which by now is dying out.
The local wool and meat are highly prized and there are sheep simply everywhere.
I specialize in engagement and wedding, family, portraiture, school, and event photography.
